Dogs will range in size from five to 75 pounds! Capital City Grocery is located at 10 West Franklin Street, at Seaboard Station, downtown Raleigh. Come sit for a while, have a glass of tea, and meet your next best friend! Heaven and Earth Animal Rescue Team (HEART) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to re-homing displaced dogs and cats. Our goal is to find loving and permanent homes for these animals and to match people who are looking for that special pet with a healthy and happy dog or cat who will fit in as a member of their family.
